A little more about me
At 21, I took my first big bold leap…
leaving a small town in Missouri for the big giant apple - New York City - with just $100 in my pocket. ✨
Since then, I’ve crossed continents multiple times, shifted from corporate success to entrepreneurship, and reinvented myself more times than I can count.
From the outside, I was thriving. But inside, something still felt misaligned.
It wasn’t until I experienced a heartbreaking miscarriage that everything shifted. It cracked me open—forcing me to look beyond achievements and ask: What does true success and fulfillment really mean?
That moment sent me on a deep inner quest to heal, release, and reconnect with my essence. Along the way, I discovered the power of holistic transformation—how aligning the mind and body can unlock greater potential.
From that healing came not only a new version of me, but also a powerful framework—Mindset Energy™—my proprietary method that helps leaders transform from within to reach new levels of potential and create lasting expansion in all areas of life.

Recently another defining moment set me off on a different healing journey as I chose to end my marriage. This gave me another opportunity to transform and I did this through the ancient wisdom of Shamanism and plant medicine.
Here is where I experienced the power of meeting our shadows head on - so your light can shine even brighter.
