When relevant to the Service, the Company uses a metaverse hosting app and digital platform for the Clients to experience immersive interactive coaching sessions. The Company provides Clients with the right to access these platforms securely for a period of time, in line with the hosting service and security agreements.
Each party will retain sole responsibility for such a party's information technology infrastructure, including computers, servers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by such a party or through the use of third party services.
Client Accounts
Parties acknowledge and agree that all Parties enter into a direct relationship with Third Party platforms regarding their individual account. All Parties accounts and interactions with Third Party platforms are in connection with the Third Party platforms privacy and data security policy.
